How billing works
Plans renew automatically every month, or every year if you chose yearly billing, until you cancel. Voice minutes are metered on the length the carrier reports, rounded up to six seconds. Once the included minutes are used, outbound calling stops unless you switch on overage, in which case extra minutes are charged at the rate shown above on your next invoice.
Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, which means the charge on your statement may carry their name. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any sales tax or VAT that applies where you are.
You can cancel from your billing page at any time and keep access to the end of the period you have paid for. The refund policy explains when a payment is refunded, and the terms of service are the agreement you accept when you subscribe. Questions: talk to us.
